Bank Teller Job Recruitment Description

  • Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
  • Informing customers about bank products and services.
  • Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring that all information is correct and complete.
  • Maintaining a cash drawer and resolving discrepancies.
  • Packaging cash and rolling coins must be stored in a drawer or bank vault.
  • Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
  • Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
  • All banks follow financial and security rules and procedures.


Job requirements

We are looking for a candidate who meets these requirements:

  1. Ond in any field
  2. Must not be more than 27 years of age
  3. Cash handling experience and on-the-job training may be required.
  4. Exceptional time management
  5. Communication and customer service skills.
  6. High level of accountability
  7. Efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  9. Strong communication and people skills
