Job Purpose
Responsible for receiving audio complaints from various sources like Consumer-CEO, IE, Consumer Protection Council (CPC), NERC, Independence Corporate Practices (ICPC), NERC of IKEJA Forum, etc.
Work responsibilities
Receives customer information by answering telephone calls; Customer interviews; Confirmation information.
Respond to billing inquiries and handle customer high billing complaints.
Provide information about the company’s programs, products, and services.
Report a power emergency and damage.
Provide information to customers requesting channels for new services and/or construction and appropriate services.
Search for solutions to customer complaints.
Response to Utility Commission and Agency Inquiry.
Customer accounts are being updated.
Taking telephone calls from I to meet the needs of the customer.
Be able to learn the latest information about all IE products and services and assist customers in a quick and friendly way.
Maintains communication tools by reporting problems.
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and guidelines; A better approach is being proposed.
Assist in carrying out any other responsibilities requested by the Head Customer Service and Head of Department.
Minimum qualification
This role requires a first degree in social science or a related course
At least 1 year of required work experience is required with advanced experience / detailed knowledge and proficiency in relevant theories, theories, and complex strategies acquired through complex experience or specialized development.
