1. Fire Alarm Technician – Lagos

 

Requirements

Responsible for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and smoke detectors
Identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
Review electrical layout blueprints to determine whether a building’s fire alarm systems comply with electrical and fire safety codes
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire and smoke suppression systems and equipment
Ability to operate drills, conduit benders, drill presses, cable pullers, meters (volt, OHM, AMP, Meg), hand drills, hand tools and power tools
Additional certifications related to fire safety

2. Software Support Officer – Lagos

 

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and application software.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Test and evaluate new technology.
Troubleshoot server/client mail connectivity issues.
Customized and maintain enterprise web applications.

 

Requirements

B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or any related field of study
3 years experience in software support and web development; window server administration would be an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Good knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Mongo DB
1-year experience supporting Odoo ERP.

Responsibilities

Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality.
Maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.

 

Qualification / Requirements

B.Sc or HND.
Candidates must have worked in a construction or a facility management company.
Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems.
Minimum of 1-year experience as a procurement officer or related position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
Ability to procure locally and internationally.
