The Learning Management System (LMS) is responsible for providing technical support for the Learning Platform of the Administrator Group.
This position will manage and support an existing learning management system with over 6000 users.
Qualification for Learning Management System Administrator Job
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
3+ years experience working with Learning Management System platforms as a developer or administrator (and ideally a combination of both), including end-user support
Knowledge of and experience with a variety of web design technologies such as HTML; Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and exposure to Moodle system will be an advantage
Familiarity with course design and development
Coursework and/or certifications relating to learning management system administration preferred
Social media or knowledge management experience
Experience working in the financial industry will be an added advantage
Skills & Abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with people of diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
Strong organizational & planning skills with keen attention to detail: ability to handle multiple tasks and details efficiently while meeting deadlines.
