General Service Unit Recruitment 2022
The Kenya Police Service would like to inform all the candidates who have been waiting for this exercise for a long time on the measures to be taken in the recruitment exercise. GSU Recruitment 2022 Application Form is highly expected to be available.

GSU Recruitment 2022 Requirements
Below is the list of requirements for Kenyans who want to apply
- Must be a Kenyan citizen
- He or she should possess a national identity card
- A minimum qualification of D+ in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education with a D+ in Kiswahili or English languages.
- Holders of KCSE certificate or its equivalent must be aged between 18-28 years while diploma and degree holders should be between 18-30 years.
- The candidate should meet the minimum requirements of chapter six of the constitution.
- He or she should be fit mentally, physically, and medically.
- He or she should not have any criminal records or pending criminal charges.
- For the female candidates, they should not be pregnant during the process of recruitment or the entire period of training.

General Service Unit Recruitment Date 2022
We want to inform all of you that the GSU Recruitment date has not been announced yet. There is no official comment regarding when the GSU Police Recruitment will start. We will update you with the date as soon as GSU Services will announce the 2021 date.
GSU Recruitment Application Form 2022
General Service Unit Recruitment is not started yet and no exact date has been announced yet. But applicants can get the GSU Application Form in any of the following specified centers whenever the date is announced:
In the offices of the sub-county Deputy Administration Police Commander (DAPC)
In any Police Station or Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD)
Nearest Huduma Center
in the offices of any county commissioner
GSU Screening and Exam
Applicants who are successfully selected from amongst the successful applicants to be part of the recruitment process and training exercise are requested to visit the Screening Center for screening and examination exercise through their email.
Kenya Police Recruitment Training
If you successfully pass the screening and exam exercises, you are invited to join the GSU Training School to participate in the training process. It includes several activities like drilling and education on various core values of the Kenya Police Service.
Applicants should take care of the following
Persons desirous of participating in the recruitment process should take note of the following points regarding compliance with the service. Failure to comply fully may lead to various adverse effects which may include disqualification of the applicant.
During the application process, the result slip is not accepted
Candidates campaigning for the position directly or indirectly will be automatically disqualified
Candidates who intentionally provide false or forged documents will be disqualified, arrested, and prosecuted.
Giving false information to the Commissioner of Police, the applicant will face arrest and trial, for which a fine of 2 years or Ksh will be imposed. 200,000 under Section 25 of the National Police Service Commission Act.
GSU does not accept or claim satisfaction or gifts from candidates. Those caught making such an offer will not only be disqualified but will also be charged with corruption and bribery.
