Job Description

Successful candidates will be responsible for supervising sales and exploring business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, churches, hospitals, service apartments, and NGOs. He will maintain relationships by supporting, informing, guiding, researching, and recommending new products and services to customers. Gujarati and Hindus say an additional advantage. Horeca experience of course!


Important responsibilities:

Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.

Manage, control, and motivate the sales team to ensure a high professional standard has been achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI targets have been met.

Sending a specific goal for each month to the sales team.

Conduct sales and customer service training for junior sales staff.

Daily reports from the sales team should be reviewed in depth.

Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate the sales performance of each sales staff member.

Checking the number of products in stock before ordering to the customer.

Daily updates of meetings with customers should be sent to the Head of Business and updates to the CRM / SAP system.

Bringing back the trend of future purchases to the department head in line with competitive products and prices.



Bachelor’s degree in any field related.

Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in the same role in Horeca sector.

Great organizational skills, including the ability to multitask.

Good oral and written communication skills with technology use skills.

Great management skills with the ability to think analytically and work under pressure.

Great interpersonal skills and able to communicate with people from all walks of life.

Good report writing and presentation skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other platforms.
