Job Description

Laboratory managers who are responsible for organizing and controlling all aspects of the laboratory environment in the hospital and overseeing the general workflow. The ideal candidate should have 10 years of experience and have great technical knowledge in relevant laboratories including hematology, chemistry, coagulation, and urethra.


Important responsibilities:

The workflows in the lab are completed by managing the workflow and managing the workflow to ensure a time frame for managing customer reporting results.

Preventive maintenance of equipment is ensured. Help manage labor costs.

Assist in setting and maintaining production quality and laboratory goals.

It is responsible for ensuring compliance with test standards and standard operating procedures under quality control guidelines.

Ensure that a quality assurance inspection has been passed by observing all quality assurance records and procedures in the laboratory.



Bachelor of Science in Biology or Medical Technology.

General laboratory background with a minimum of 10 years experience.

Great technical knowledge in relevant laboratories including hematology, chemistry, clotting, and urethral analysis.

Candidates need to be self-motivated, strong, problem-solving, and work in a variety of laboratory environments.

Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Great presence with a history of leadership performance and the ability to work independently.

Great organizational, computer, and record-keeping skills.

Experience in molecular biology, cell biology, and mouse genetics.

The Allied Council of Health Professionals must be fully registered.
