Increase shareholder returns by ensuring that marketing processes are aligned to achieve all elements of the business scorecard.
Review the MTNN corporate strategy and create a budget for marketing and strategy management to effectively manage resource requirements and meet set goals.
All commercial/retail tariffs have rules on developing/maintaining MTNN tariffs/pricing strategies, as well as interconnection tariffs within the business planning criteria.
Take advantage of MTNN’s existing customer base and intelligence to provide an enterprise-level understanding of the business, develop a clear and consistent strategy for customer and competitor knowledge, and develop value-added initiatives to support MTN’s goals and revenue targets.
Advancing ecosystem management to achieve business objectives (value creation), brand value, and corporate status
Develop integrated strategic and strategic marketing plans to address current and future business activities. Monitor and measure results as opposed to MTN business plan and ensure budget optimization
Create a strategic framework for the development of brand theme communication plans and promotions and have arrangements for monitoring and reporting MTN’s image and reputation in refining communication plans.
OP marketing campaigns and champion initiatives to leverage market opportunities by reflecting alignment with MTN’s innovative brand leadership and philosophy.
Provides opportunities to identify, evaluate, and demonstrate employee development needs within the department, increase company investment in employee training, and improve productivity.
Experience & Training
Minimum of 12 years of work experience
At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in marketing at a large global/multinational company / FMCG
In-depth analytics uses analytics to drive marketing efforts with social media experience and expert level experience with digital intelligence
Proven track record of design and implementation of strategic marketing objectives
Proven track record of strategic business improvement projects
