Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: Ksh.250,000 – 300,000 (Approx. 2,500 – 3,000 USD) depending on individual skills and experience.

Successful candidates will be responsible for developing and managing sales teams to manage growing sales across the country. The ideal candidate has previous experience in the field of agro-input sales and a strong farming and market system background. Candidates with previous experience in selling fertilizers will have unique benefits.
Develop and apply effective sales strategies for each crop cycle and region.
Implement an appropriate route plan to provide ongoing support for product delivery.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Manage sales orders to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed targets.
Ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through the planning, implementation, and management of a support team.
Predicting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and setting effective measures for how you and your sales team will achieve sales goals.
Educate customers about the company’s credit policy and follow it strictly
The credit policy of the company aims to ensure that the company does not have any torrents.
Develop specific plans for the development of the company’s products for both long-term and short-term goals.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
Solve potential problems and suggest quick solutions.
Provide training to customers and farmers including presentations, seminars, and regular meetings.
Suggest new marketing and communications strategies that will increase sales and ensure that marketing and communications budgets are kept within the company’s limits at maximum risk.
MBA in a relevant field, Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field in Agricultural Business.
Must have more than 10 years of experience in selling fertilizer by spending 5 years in senior management.
Must have strong leadership skills and be highly motivated to achieve team goals.
Familiar with product contract execution knowledge as well as business/demand planning.
Sound knowledge of sales, customer service.
High level of honesty.
Must be willing to travel.
Ability to communicate and build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
