Job Description

The sales team leader will be responsible for maintaining a strong business relationship with the client and ensuring efficient performance of the specified product including effective supervision of the sales team activities. He will assist in recruiting and training the sales team of branch managers.


Important responsibilities:

Hire new sales representatives through regular recruitment strategies to achieve the stated goals of sales representatives.

Train new sales representatives and uninterrupted product reviews to enhance product knowledge on behalf of the sales team to ensure they are equipped with product knowledge and sales skills.

Observe that the sales plan agrees on daily and weekly activities to make sure they are meeting both sales potential and goals.

Motivate the sales team with field and activation to maintain a highly enthusiastic and lively team, train and mentor.

Identify new market trends by acquiring accurate and appropriate quotes for activation, but make sure the conversion is completed to justify the return on investment.

Manage the rate of delegates through appropriate and integrated training to achieve the desired sales target per branch.

Implement sales team work plan and monitor daily and weekly sales.

Supports marketing activities and integrates personalized sales efforts with other organized marketing activities such as product sales, promotion, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.

Complete regular team evaluations in line with the company’s performance standards and schedule.

Observe market and competitive activities and provide relevant reports and information to report and inform decisions.



Must have a diploma in sales, marketing, or related field from a recognized institution.

Must have experience in microfinance and similar skills.

Good judgment and decision-making ability.

Market intelligence and good analytical skills.

Report writing skills.
